The Confidence Project

“No matter how small, bold, simplistic or fierce…The dance you dance is unique to you, there is nothing to change and nothing to prove, whatever you decide to do is right… and will be beautiful.”

We strive to promote confidence, encourage positive self-esteem, inspire freedom and empower women through movement.

To take part in The Confidence Project you do not need previous movement experience.  The sessions are suitable for all women above the age of 18.

The workshops are run by Vicki Hearne and Karin Rugman.

It is hard to explain what happens in a Confidence Project workshop as each one is different. However these are a few of the things we do: gentle hands on body work, moving with a partner or in a group, improvisation and dancing all in a supportive and safe space.
